The completely remodeled single level home will welcome friends and family beside the swimmable 100 feet wide, 25 feet deep swimmable canal. The rear entrance has a wheelchair accessible ramp with a gentle slope.

Bring your clothes, boat, swimming and fishing gear and you will be ready to have fun and relaxation in the mild Florida Keys climate. All linens are provided with a separate laundry room, full granite countertopped kitchen with all the necessities: dishwasher, microwave; 2 refrigerators (the wet bar has an ice maker).

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The first guestroom has a queen size bed and the second guestroom has a double bed with bunk beds.  There is room for the all the children and grandchildren. Just in case that is not enough room, the livingroom is equipped with a queen size convertible sofabed.

Your small, medium, or large boat can be comfortably accommodated at the 50 foot dock with 30 or 50 AMP shore power connection. The clear blue 100 feet wide, 25 feet deep canal is a perfect place to take a dip. You use Snapper Creek for both ocean and bay access to take advantage of the great fishing in the "Sportfishing Capital of the World"! You can see the creek from the house.

If you prefer swimming from a sandy beach or in a Olympic pool, Founders Park is just a mile away.  To have access to the park just bring along your rental agreement. The park also offers an exercise path, soccer fields, a dog park, putting green, marina and boat ramp. Don't miss out on the free concerts and craft shows that are held all during the year.

A major shopping center with a cinema is within 5 miles. Restaurants are everywhere and great!

There is a nonrefundable $100 pet fee along with a departure cleaning fee of $150. The security deposit is $900.
