The downstairs has storage, and parking for everyone. The main floor has open living space with a cook's kitchen if you want to prepare your catch. A pantry boasts a wine cooler and plenty of room for your boating stores, dry or wet.  It has two guest rooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with bunk beds and an additional bed. Bring the children or grandchildren or just a whole lot of friends. Don't forget the full length screened porch.

The third floor is a master suite.  THIS is FABULOUS!  King size sleeping with walk-in closet and its own bath. It has it own private lunging area with fireplace, wetbar, library, and star gazing porch.  What an oasis after a day of fun.
