The gracious home has two livingroom areas, one for adults and another for the children that can be shut off by sliding glass doors with its own TV. The kitchen is equipped with a full stove and an additional cooktop and any other large or small appliance you might need. You have the option of dining inside or out on the balcony to enjoy the balmy breezes on two generous tables with ample seating.
Downstairs has a large party/play room with a fireplace which leads into a sandy beach area for swimming and just having fun. You can sit in the shade under the Tiki hut and use the barbeque. Next walk out on the dock to your boat. Ample room for 2 boats.
Don't foget your fishing rods. Islamorada is the "Fishing Capital of the World"!
The estate has 3 bedrooms with private baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the first guest room also has a queen. The second guest room has 2 bunk beds that sleep 4 and is just off the TV room. There is an additional 1/2 bath in the living area and a ground level bath of conveniece and an outdoor shower.
There is plenty of parking on this gated acre estate with three garages to stow all your boating, snorkeling, and diving gear.
